POLICIES

  • Credit card payment information will be required upon time of reservation
  • reservations cancelled less than 14 days in advance will be charged 50% of total reservation amount

    PROPERTY USE

  • Check in time by 3pm or please call if you are going to be delayed.
  • Check out time is 11 am.
  • If you wish to have food available, please contact us for further information.
  • Please placed used bedding and towels/wash cloths on top of washing machine upon departure.
  • Any damaged or missing property at the time of check out will be charged to the credit card holder – minimum $200 charge.
